The Benefits of Drinking Ginger Tea

In my mind, wintertime is synonymous with teatime! The blistering weather is the perfect inspiration to put the kettle on the stove and brew a hot pot of loose-leaf tea.

Fortunately, there are a wide variety of teas that you can choose from that possess a host of health benefits. However, one of my favourite’s to brew is ginger tea.




Here’s a succinct list of all the reasons I love ginger tea:

· It improves digestion

· It relieves nausea

· It’s anti-inflammatory

· It improves blood circulation

· It’s high antioxidant levels

· It helps to lower stress
