As with any popular “sport” or spiritual practice, yoga has seen its fair share of exciting trends take form in its realm. However, one that has recently caught my eye significantly has been the yoga wheel.
After my daughter began raving about hers and how it helped her do cool things such as the splits, I had to learn more! Yoga props are helpful as they assist people with stretching and increasing their flexibility!
