Summertime is when all of us Canadians collectively come out of our cozy caves and feel rejuvenated by the outdoor sunshine in our beautiful country! One of the loveliest ways to enjoy the warmer months, after long and dreary winters, is to get physically active in the heat.
There are a wide variety of outdoor exercise activities you can get up to this July and August. Here are some of my favourite ways to step outside of the gym and get moving in the great outdoors:
