One week ago, the world woke up to learn the results of the 2016 US election. And while it is not the outcome many of us wanted, it is the outcome we are living with. I have always found that yoga has helped me through anxious or uncertain times, so I’m going to share some of my tricks from my yoga toolkit to help deal with stress.
