Sitting is the new smoking! While teaching and while working as an office manager at a tech company, my time is spent increasingly on finding solutions for the aches and pains that people get from a day of sitting!
So I’ve been focusing a lot of my teaching time on back, shoulders and neck issues, and a lot of my office time helping people set up their workstations to prevent those. But the bottom line is that if we don’t keep our bodies moving, we’re going to have problems.
The yoga students are motivated.
